What to ask a clinic
Use this list when you call or visit. It is a conversation prompt, not medical advice, and it does not recommend a treatment or a clinic.
Not medical advice. Public Google ratings, hours, and review words on this site are listings data — confirm anything that matters for your care in person with the clinic.
Start with these three
- Who will I meet at the first visit, and how are follow-ups scheduled?
- What is included in a typical quoted price, and what is billed separately (tests, medication, storage)?
- Who is the named doctor or coordinator responsible for my file?
Questions worth asking in person
- Who will I meet at the first visit, and how are follow-ups scheduled?
- Which languages does the team use for consultations and written results?
- How do you handle medical records if I already have tests from another clinic?
- What is included in a typical quoted price, and what is billed separately (tests, medication, storage)?
- Who is the named doctor or coordinator responsible for my file?
- What is the usual waiting time for a first appointment?
- How are results and next steps communicated (portal, phone, in person)?
- What happens if I need to pause, get a second opinion, or transfer my file?
What the public Google data on a city page means
City hubs show information published on Google. None of it is a clinical outcome, a licence check, or a live appointments feed.
- Star rating and review count
- Public visitor opinions on Google — not clinical success, and not verified by this directory.
- Category chips
- How the business is listed on Google Maps, not a medical licence or specialty accreditation.
- Neighbourhood and address
- Taken from the public Google address. Confirm the consulting location when you book.
- Hours, phone, and website
- As published on Google at scrape time. Call to confirm before travelling.
- Review keywords
- Words that appear often in public reviews. They are not a verified list of services or outcomes.
